Yes, we guarantee our work!
It's important to remember that removing lice is a process. We will remove everything we can visibly see on your first appointment. While we strive to remove 100%, there is always a possibility that we may miss a nit or two.
However, we do guarantee that your child will be allowed back into school the day after our treatment.
For our 100% guarantee to be valid, the following steps must be taken:
- An in-home check of all family members, followed by the complete treatment of those who show evidence of head lice.
- Afterward a complete paid re-check must be conducted 5-7 days later, followed by one more paid re-check one week after that.
- If, after these steps are taken, you can provide evidence of head lice within seven days after the final re-check, we will come again for free.
- All family members must be checked and the recommended follow-up combing must be completed.
