An in-home check of all family members, followed by a complete treatment of those
who show evidence of lice. Afterwards, a complete re-check must be conducted 5-7 days later and one more complimentary re-check, one week after that. If these steps are followed, and you can provide evidence of head lice within seven days after the re-check, we will come again for free.
